Dublin Murders

As the summer of 1985 draws to a close in a town-land near Dublin, mothers start calling their children home as dusk approaches. However, on this particular warm evening, three children fail to return from the dark and silent woods. When the police arrive, they discover only one child, gripping a tree trunk in terror, with blood-filled sneakers and no recollection of the preceding hours.

Twenty years later, the boy, now known as Rob Reilly, is a detective with the Dublin Murder Squad. He keeps his past a closely guarded secret. When a 13-year-old girl is found murdered in the same woods, Rob and his partner, Detective Cassie Maddox, are tasked with investigating a case eerily reminiscent of the unsolved mystery from Rob's childhood.

With only fragments of buried memories to guide him, Rob has the opportunity to unravel not only the mystery before him but also the secrets of his own murky past. Working alongside Cassie, his closest friend, Rob delves into the case, determined to uncover the truth and finally confront the shadows that have haunted him for so long.
